The Limitation on Profit Distribution has been Extended
As one of the measures taken within the scope of the COVID-19 epidemic disease, with the regulation brought as a Provisional Article 13 in the Turkish Commercial Code numbered 6102,
restrictions were imposed on companies’ profit distribution until 30 September 2020.
