The Limitation on Profit Distribution has been Extended:
As one of the measures taken within the scope of the COVID-19 epidemic disease, with the regulation brought as a Provisional Article 13 in the Turkish Commercial Code numbered 6102, restrictions were imposed on companies’ profit distribution until 30 September 2020.
With the President’s Decree published in the Official Gazette dated 18.09.2020 and numbered 31248, these restrictions have been extended for 3 (three) months. Accordingly, the restrictions will continue to be valid until 31 December 2020.
